1. Agreement to Terms
By installing and using the **White Noise Mixer** mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
2. Scope of Service
The App provides audio looping tools to mix sounds for relaxation and concentration. All features are provided "as-is". The soundscapes compiled inside the app are licensed or custom-created for internal App usage. You may not record, extract, or redistribute the audio clips.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for managing volume levels when using headphones or speakers. We are not responsible for any hearing damage or speaker issues arising from prolonged or high-volume usage of the App.
4. Intellectual Property
The design, source code, graphics, audio tracks, and branding assets of the App are owned by the developers and are protected under copyright laws. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the App, including device issues, memory issues, or battery usage from background playback.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate support, updates, or availability of the App at any time without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
